The new residential building "Domus Eleganza", designed by BEMaa and developed together with Greenstone, is located between via Serao and via Pirandello, in a residential context west of Milan. The total surface of the intervention is 3,917.49 square meters of SLP and on them will be built 45 apartments of variable sizes, from 35 to 190 square meters. Maximum To ensure continuity with the adjacent buildings, it was decided to replicate, on Via Pirandello, the typically Milanese use of cantilevered body and, on Via Serao, the presence of balconies, which recall those of the already present facades.
